4 whole turnip plants
Milligan's Maple Bourbon Barrel Aged maple syrup
Edible flowers (I used black locust)
Apple Cider Vinegar
1. Chop your turnip into bite sized pieces and toss in olive oil and salt.
2. Roast turnips in a 450 degree oven until fork tender.
3. Thinly slice turnip greens and add to a bowl with flowers and fennel.
4. Dress greens in maple syrup, olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt.
5. When turnips are done roasting, glaze in maple syrup and hot sauce
6. Dig in and enjoy!
