Milligan's Nutty Bourbon Maple Salmon


  • ¾ inch thick skinless Salmon fillets

  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • ¼ Cup chopped Onion

  • ¼ Cup chopped Red Pepper

  • 1 Tbsp chopped Walnuts

  • Milligan’s Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup


Lightly flour salmon fillets. In skillet melt butter and add Milligan’s Bourbon Barrel Aged Syrup to coat pan. Sauté chopped onions and red pepper for 1 to 2 minutes. Raise the heat to medium-high. Place the salmon in the pan. Cook until golden brown on 1 side, about 4 minutes. Spoon onions and peppers to top each fillet at conclusion and add syrup until desired amount of glaze is cooked onto the salmon. Top each fillet with 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts.
