Milligan’s Maple is committed to supporting and giving back to the culinary community through scholarship foundations in cities that support Milligan’s Maple. Scholarships are for second year students with lofty career goals and cover around 1/3 of the cost of tuition. Milligan’s Maple gives presentations to first year culinary students about cooking with pure maple syrup and bourbon barrel aged pure maple syrup.

Current scholarships are at Nashville State, Cincinnati State, and Hocking College with plans for future expansion.
