
Overnight oats are a convenient and delicious way to start your day. Whole grain oats, dried fruit, dairy of your choice and Milligan’s Maple Syrup make a delicious and clean way to start your morning.
Ingredients:
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup assorted dried fruit (apricots, dates, currants, cherries, etc), in small pieces
1/4 cup flax, hemp, chia, poppy or sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons Milligan Maple Syrup
2 cups Snowville Creamery Whole milk (or the milk or milk alternate of your preference)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Stir well and can be conveniently portioned into mason jars for an on-the-go breakfast.
